ABOUT US
Aecon-Golden Mile (A-GM) is a 51% community-owned construction company offering utility and infrastructure services throughout the Greater Toronto Area. We offer a suite of services, including hydrovac, traffic control and flagging, surface restoration, and fiber optic installation.
A-GM is a partnership between Aecon and the Centre for Inclusive Economic Opportunity, Golden Mile (CIEO). Leveraging Aecon's decades of construction experience and CIEO's deep connections to the community, we are committed to hiring local Greater Golden Mile residents and reinvesting 51% of the profits back to the community.

THE MODEL
The Aecon-Golden Mile Joint Venture (A-GM) enables clients to access market-competitive and industry-leading construction services, while demonstrating their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
We are a community-owned construction enterprise that hires and trains local job seekers experiencing barriers to accessing good jobs in the trades. Crucially, 51% of our profits will be reinvested in Toronto's Greater Golden Mile community through the Centre for Inclusive Economic Opportunity, A-GM's community partner and majority shareholder.
